About The Position

This is an entry-level position where you will learn to disassemble damaged vehicles, identify hidden damage, and work alongside an experienced technician to gain industry knowledge. You will learn about car construction and engineering. The role requires the ability to work with tools and hands, maintain a clean and organized environment, and possess a positive attitude with attention to detail. Car knowledge is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude

• Car knowledge preferred but not required
