About The Position
We are seeking two Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) specializing in Pain Medicine for a Locum Tenens position in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. This role involves managing an average daily schedule of 18-20 patients, including follow-up visits and new patient evaluations. The position requires medication management in accordance with established clinical protocols and accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment decisions, and care plans. The supervising physician is onsite 3 days a week, and RNs and experienced support staff are available.
Requirements
- Active South Carolina license and DHEC registration
- EPIC experience required
Responsibilities
- Manage an average daily schedule of 18-20 patients.
- Conduct follow-up visits and evaluate new patients.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Document patient assessments, treatment decisions, and care plans accurately and promptly.
