About The Position

KTE Services is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an established private interventional pain practice in the north Dallas–Fort Worth area. The practice has served north Texas patients for 30 years and provides patient-centered pain care. The role is based in the Allen area, with additional practice offices in Plano, Anna, and Colleyville. It begins as a 1099 independent contractor position at $70 per hour, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time W-2 employed position. The clinician will join an established team, manage office visits and medications, and work closely with interventional pain physicians. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner with an MSN or DNP, or Physician Assistant (PA-C), from an accredited program.
• Active Texas NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA.
• DEA and Texas DPS registration, or eligibility to obtain them.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach.

Nice To Haves

• Pain management experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfort with medication management, including controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• See new and established patients for office visits.
• Manage medications for patients with chronic and acute pain.
• Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with the supervising physician.
• Order and review imaging and diagnostic tests.
• Coordinate care and refer patients for interventional procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
