About The Position

Siege Media is a senior-led, full-service GEO agency that helps brands earn visibility across various channels, including Google, AI answer engines, and social media. The agency is expanding its service offerings to include paid social, with a specific focus on Reddit advertising to drive LLM influence for clients. A Paid Social Lead is being hired to spearhead this new channel. This is a senior, client-facing role that involves building a paid social practice from the ground up, managing Siege's own paid social efforts, and eventually hiring and leading a team as the service line grows. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibilities including campaign strategy, setup, optimization, reporting, sales support, and developing the necessary service infrastructure.

Requirements

5+ years running paid social campaigns in an agency environment.
Ideally a mix of Reddit, LinkedIn, and Meta experience (strong generalists who can ramp Reddit fast are encouraged to apply).
Proven B2B and B2C experience, especially within SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech.
Strong client-facing comfort and the ability to confidently present to marketing VPs.
Strong written communication skills for polished client-facing documents.
Demonstrated 'builder energy' and excitement for building and scaling a service line from scratch.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on Reddit Ads Manager experience (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, custom audiences).
Experience with ChatGPT ads.
Prior experience building or scaling a paid social practice within an agency.
Familiarity with B2B attribution challenges (multi-touch, dark social, self-reported attribution).
An active network in B2B SaaS or content marketing.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for Reddit Ads for Siege clients.
Build the playbook, pricing scaffolds, and reporting cadence for Reddit Ads from scratch.
Manage Siege's own paid social and retargeting campaigns, including Meta and LinkedIn, to support the sales pipeline.
Join prospect calls to scope and sell paid social engagements.
Hire and train an associate when Reddit ads revenue justifies it.
Develop templates, QA processes, attribution approaches, and reporting standards for paid social services.
