This is a US or Canada-based role. As a Paid Social Account Manager at Homestead, you are the strategic owner of performance for a curated portfolio of premium direct-to-consumer brands. You operate as the primary growth partner to founders and executive teams, accountable for scaling revenue, protecting profitability, and identifying the next ceiling before it’s hit. You will lead strategy with confidence, make decisions rooted in data and financial modeling, and drive execution across paid social, creative systems, landing page optimization, and offer testing. You will work with vetted high-growth brands and established market leaders who take performance seriously and expect strategic leadership in return. This role is designed for someone who sees themselves as a business operator within paid media, not a channel only executor.
