The initial priorities include auditing existing campaigns, reviewing structures, targeting, budgets, and tracking, confirming pixel and conversion event functionality, testing lead routing, establishing reporting, supporting the transition from external agencies, creating checklists, and identifying immediate performance improvement opportunities.
