About the position
Dollar Shave Club is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to support their global Digital Media team in accelerating acquisition and member growth. The Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting for paid social performance campaigns. They will work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are set up properly, optimize bids and budgets, and provide thoughtful targeting and creative strategies. Additionally, the Specialist will assist with new vendor partnership opportunities, manage day-to-day performance and reporting requests, and facilitate partner onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute paid media campaigns from start to finish, including campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting
- Own daily reporting across all digital channels and analyze data anomalies
- Collaborate with Digital Media Manager to test and maximize platform potential and tap into platform representatives for additional areas of improvement and learning
- Manage Merchant and Catalog feeds
- Drive performance from partners, including third-party creative agencies, other paid digital platforms, or affiliate/incentivized traffic agencies
- Assist with new vendor partnership opportunities and always be testing
- Manage day-to-day performance, tracking, and reporting requests
- Facilitate partner onboarding processes, such as NDA, DSA, IO review, etc.
- Help create briefs for Creative and Product Team to receive new assets for ads and provide feedback loops with Project Managers/designers and Legal team
- Clearly communicate changes and performance of campaigns between Digital Media, Strategic Analytics, Member Strategy, and Engagement Teams
- Troubleshoot platform pixels with Data/Eng Systems Team when needed
- Reconcile monthly spend with Finance/Accounts Payable and Vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of paid advertising/media experience for DTC
- Facebook Ads Manager experience
- Proficient understanding of standard media metrics (CVR, CPC, CTR); understanding of media attribution
- Proficient computer skills - specifically Excel formulas (vlookup, ifthen statements)
