About The Position

The Paid Media Manager leads Bauer’s paid media and influencer ecosystem, driving strategy, execution, and performance across all paid channels. This role owns how media investment amplifies brand and product storytelling, ensuring effective reach and engagement with both core and new consumers. Working cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Creative, eCommerce, and Performance Marketing, this role ensures a consistent consumer journey and maximizes the impact of all media investments.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or related field
  • Background knowledge in media planning, creative development, and performance analytics
  • Experience in budget management, paid social, CTV/streaming, digital media
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and attribution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization.
  • Highly organized, diligent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive paid media strategy across traditional, digital, and emerging platforms
  • Lead planning and execution of media buys including endemic, CTV/streaming, and paid social
  • Manage influencer marketing programs, including oversight of Influencer Specialist
  • Brief agency partners and internal teams on campaign objectives, creative needs, and performance expectations
  • Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Integrate paid media with brand campaigns, product launches, and always-on storytelling
  • Analyze media performance and optimize budget allocation across channels and funnel stages
  • Maintain strong agency and partner relationships to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Track KPIs and build clear reporting frameworks across all paid initiatives
  • Coordinate with eCommerce and Performance Marketing to ensure a seamless consumer journey and aligned investment strategy between brand and DTC
  • Develop new channel strategies, including podcasting and emerging platforms
