About The Position

We are seeking a Paid Media Manager who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on expert in managing diverse paid media campaigns. This role requires a blend of marketing strategy, technical media buying, and client soft skills. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media across various platforms to drive growth and success for our clients.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in paid media management across various digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex paid media campaigns.
  • Proficient expert within Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital attribution and media measurement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels. Primarily within paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn) and paid search (Google, Microsoft), but also CTV, OOH and audio advertising.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, providing expert advice and insights as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage budget allocation, optimization, and campaign reporting to ensure optimal results.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, including new platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Communicate and collaborate with client teams.
