We're looking for a Paid Media Manager, Search Engine Marketing to join our growing SEM team. If you're passionate about optimizing large-scale paid search programs, uncovering growth opportunities through data, and driving measurable business impact, this is an opportunity to own high-visibility initiatives that directly influence revenue and customer acquisition. Reporting to the Senior Director of Search Engine Marketing, you'll help shape the future of paid search across multiple brands while working alongside talented partners in Analytics, Product, Technology, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on Paid Search or Search Engine Marketing experience.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, marketplace, or other performance-driven environments.
Proven success managing substantial paid search budgets and optimizing performance against aggressive growth goals.
Deep expertise in Google Ads, including Performance Max, Shopping, Smart Bidding, audience strategies, and campaign optimization.
Experience managing both manual and automated bidding strategies across multiple brands, product categories, or business units.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex performance data into clear business recommendations.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sigma, or SQL is a plus.
A self-directed, curious, detail-oriented approach with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Nice To Haves

Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Search Ads 360 certifications.
Experience with Feedonomics, Apple Search Ads, Affiliate Marketing, or emerging search platforms.
Merchant Center and product feed optimization experience.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day optimization of paid search and shopping programs, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Dynamic Search Ads, remarketing, and emerging search formats.
Manage significant paid search investments, monitor performance, forecast outcomes, and allocate budget strategically to maximize growth and efficiency.
Utilize both manual and automated bidding strategies to achieve business objectives, improve efficiency, and scale results.
Analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, ROI, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, and impression share to uncover actionable insights.
Design and execute a robust testing roadmap across bidding strategies, ad copy, audiences, landing pages, segmentation approaches, and new platform capabilities.
Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Product, Development, and IT teams to improve attribution, conversion tracking, audience integration, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Leverage AI, automation, scripts, and advanced tools to increase scalability and operational efficiency.
Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and key business stakeholders.
