About The Position

The Paid Media Intern will support the Growth & Performance Marketing team in executing paid advertising initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop both creative and analytical skills while contributing to high-impact brand campaigns and product launches across multiple brands; Innisfree, Hanyul & Mamonde. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about beauty and digital marketing. They will gain exposure to full-funnel paid media strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, PR, social, and creative. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills will be key to success in this role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a foundation in growth and performance marketing while working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Requirements

  • Obtained a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Must be available for a 6-month internship
  • Must be NYC-based to commute to the office on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week)
  • Previous work experience at a Media or Creative Marketing Agency
  • Passion about skincare and the beauty industry
  • Proven interest in paid media and creative strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Creative thinker with a proactive mindset for identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Must be comfortable pulling and analyzing data

Responsibilities

  • Support the Performance & Growth team in planning and executing campaigns for Sephora, DTC and Tiktok Shop channels.
  • Develop creative briefs for Paid Social campaigns.
  • Conduct weekly competitive research to identify new opportunities and creative insights to inform briefs.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with cross-functional partners, including brand marketing, PR, social, and creative design teams.
  • Manage the delivery of all creative assets to Agency partners, ensuring timely execution and attention to detail.
  • Manage monthly invoicing & billing.
  • Monthly creative reporting; Comfortable pulling reports, analyzing data & presenting to cross functional teams.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance paid media strategies.
  • Stay informed on beauty marketing best practices and emerging industry trends.
