About The Position

Praytell is a creative communications agency seeking an Associate Paid Media Strategist (equivalent to a Paid Media Coordinator). This role involves building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, researching target audiences, delivering performance reports, creating paid media plans, staying updated on platform trends, recommending best practices, and supporting daily account operations. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and comfortable with data analysis and client interaction.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of media buying experience and/or equivalent experience through relevant coursework or training in advertising, paid media or digital marketing
  • Hands-on paid media campaign management experience, particularly within Facebook Business Manager
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with a strong understanding of basic formulas, pivot tables and data analysis
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience presenting work in a professional setting
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with account, creative, strategy and project management teams, as well as interfacing with clients
  • Naturally curious and proactive about staying up to date on platform updates, new ad products and emerging trends across the paid and social landscape

Responsibilities

  • Building, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with additional experience across platforms such as LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Reddit
  • Researching target audiences to inform targeting strategies while generating insights and recommendations that guide creative and content development
  • Delivering campaign performance reports that translate data into meaningful analysis, key learnings and actionable recommendations to drive future growth and optimization
  • Creating and presenting paid media plans for Praytell clients, including detailed audience targeting strategies, ad products, creative formats, budgets and timelines
  • Staying up to date on the latest platform trends, paid products and emerging features, serving as a paid media subject matter expert for clients and internal teams
  • Recommending best practices across paid media channels, while identifying A/B testing opportunities and other performance optimization strategies
  • Supporting day-to-day account operations by taking client meeting notes, maintaining media plan trackers and managing budget trackers to ensure accurate billing and pacing against client spend
