About The Position

The Media Coordinator role is crucial for supporting our growing client base in the healthcare and wellness sectors. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics like ROAS. The coordinator will be responsible for campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and analysis, ensuring that our senior team can focus on strategy and client growth is not hindered. The role offers direct exposure to the Media Director and all aspects of performance marketing within a small, high-standards team focused on impactful client growth.

Requirements

  • Experience running real campaigns with real budgets (internships or freelance count)
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Ability to build a media plan in Excel without breaking formulas
  • Understanding of what good and bad creative looks like for paid social
  • Understanding of basic performance metrics and ability to explain ROAS
  • Experience in healthcare and wellness marketing is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, or LinkedIn ads

Responsibilities

  • Full campaign setup and QA across Meta and Google for 5-7 accounts
  • Daily budget pacing and performance monitoring
  • Creative trafficking and coordination with the production team
  • Weekly and monthly reporting that tells a story and exports data
  • Testing documentation and competitive analysis
  • Ensuring correct naming conventions, UTM parameters, and pixel tracking
