About The Position

Arena Club is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Paid Media Coordinator to support growth across its core acquisition channels. This role, based in Los Angeles and reporting to the Director of Paid Media, involves the daily execution and operational optimization of campaigns across Meta and Google, working within established budget allocations and targets. The primary focus will be supporting the North American market, ensuring flawless campaign execution, accurate tracking, and daily data reporting. This is a high-execution role for an analytics-focused marketer who enjoys platform UI work, testing creatives, and maintaining campaign efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on paid media experience with direct, in-platform campaign management (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads).
  • Proven experience building ad sets, uploading creative, and setting up keyword targeting.
  • Strong comfort level with numbers, proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (formatting data, pivot tables), and a sharp eye for performance anomalies.
  • Highly organized with strict attention to detail to avoid campaign setup errors or budget overspends.
  • Basic understanding of tracking pixels, URL parameters, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to clearly report on daily platform performance and metrics.
  • High bias for action and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data points into clear executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, QA, and launch paid media campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other platforms based on directives from leadership.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance to adjust bids, refine audience targeting, and manage pacing to keep spend on track.
  • Build out campaign variations to test audience segments, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
  • Gather performance insights on ad creative to help the team understand what assets are converting best.
  • Pull daily and weekly performance data, formatting reports in Excel/Google Sheets to surface clear metrics for the Director of Paid Media.
  • Assist with implementing pixels, UTM parameters, and basic tagging setup via Google Tag Manager to maintain clean data.
  • Utilize platform automation and AI tools to streamline repetitive campaign setup tasks and speed up data collection.
