About The Position

We are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution and operations of our U.S. paid media campaigns. Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, this role plays a critical part in coordinating campaign launches, supporting agency partners, maintaining campaign documentation, and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately across multiple media channels. This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop expertise in paid media within a fast-paced, high-growth consumer brand. The Coordinator will work closely with Managers, Directors, agencies, and cross-functional teams to help deliver best-in-class paid media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, digital media, or a related field (internship experience welcomed)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify performance trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and build a career in paid media
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy, process, and continuous improvement
  • A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and follows through on commitments

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or Amazon Ads is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of paid media campaigns across Search, Display, Paid Social, Programmatic, CTV, Audio, DOOH, Retail Media, and emerging channels
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, launch calendars, creative assets, and campaign deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time
  • Assist with campaign setup, QA, trafficking, and post-launch validation in partnership with internal teams and agency partners
  • Maintain campaign documentation, including media plans, tracking sheets, creative matrices, and campaign briefs
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for agency deliverables, timelines, and campaign documentation
  • Coordinate with Brand, Creative, eCommerce, Commercial, Market Leads, and agency partners to ensure campaign assets and requirements are delivered on schedule
  • Support campaign budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, purchase orders, and vendor documentation
  • Maintain organized campaign files, reporting templates, and process documentation
  • Assist with campaign tagging, tracking validation, and QA to ensure accurate campaign measurement
  • Help improve internal workflows, documentation, and operational processes that increase team efficiency
  • Track open action items and help ensure campaigns move efficiently through the planning and execution process
  • Prepare recurring campaign reports and dashboards using established reporting frameworks
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify notable trends, pacing updates, and optimization opportunities for review with the Paid Media Manager
  • Support campaign recaps by compiling performance data, learnings, and key insights
  • Assist Marketing Analytics with campaign tracking validation and measurement quality assurance when needed
