About The Position

Our Music Marketing team is looking for a detail-oriented Paid Media Coordinator to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns across Spotify, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This role will work closely with the marketing team to drive performance for music releases, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, optimized efficiently, and tracked against key financial and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and/or Google Ads (YouTube)
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization strategies
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for reporting and financial tracking
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in music marketing or entertainment campaigns
  • Familiarity with Spotify ad products (Marquee, Showcase, etc.)
  • Experience working with short-form video content and performance creatives
  • Passion for music and a keen eye for upcoming talent and industry innovations is a plus!
  • Chronically online and a pop culture maestro!

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch paid media campaigns across Meta (IG/FB), TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify ad platforms
  • Implement campaign structures aligned with goals (streams, engagement, follower growth, conversions)
  • Ensure proper tracking, links, and pixel/event setup across all campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations (creative, targeting, budgets)
  • Adjust campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, view rates, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate on testing strategies (audiences, creatives, formats) to improve results
  • Compile and maintain campaign reports across all platforms
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Track pacing and delivery against campaign goals
  • Assist in maintaining budget trackers, revenue sheets, and campaign pacing docs
  • Ensure accuracy in spend reporting and alignment with allocated budgets
  • Support monthly reconciliation and overall financial organization of campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned.
