Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
  • 5+ years of client-facing or customer service experience, with a strong focus on relationship management
  • Demonstrated continuous learning mindset with a proactive approach to staying current on industry trends and platform updates
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with OTT/CTV platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Client Communication and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering expert guidance and responsive support throughout their digital marketing journey. Ensure they feel informed, confident, and taken care of at every step.
  • Campaign Support and Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively. Provide backend support through data analysis, platform management, and performance monitoring.
  • Strategic Thinking: Approach digital marketing as an integrated system. Contribute to internal strategy discussions by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and recommending optimizations that support client goals.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics and KPIs across platforms. Generate insights, compile internal reports, and assist in identifying opportunities for campaign improvements and long-term growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accuracy and consistency in campaign builds, tracking implementations, and reporting dashboards. Ensure backend processes support seamless and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Use performance data and industry trends to propose backend optimizations that help account managers deliver strategic value to clients.
  • Team Mentorship and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to Paid Media Account Coordinators, supporting their technical skill development, strategic thinking, and confidence in client support tasks. Offer constructive feedback, share best practices, and foster a collaborative environment that strengthens overall team performance and prepares coordinators for increased responsibility.
