About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager to support Big Green Egg during an active brand campaign launch. This is a short-term contract role working directly alongside their media AOR to get campaigns built, trafficked, and live. The plan is already set — we need someone to execute it. This role is a very short-term project, 3-4 weeks, with the possibility to move into maintenance once campaigns have launched. We're looking for a recommendation on hours per week from you, the expert. Must have EST availability but can be fully remote. Start ASAP - ideally Tuesday 6/16. $55-65/hr.

Requirements

  • Strong paid media execution chops across programmatic, social, and CTV — this is a builder role, not a strategy role
  • Hands-on Trade Desk experience required
  • Platform-side social experience (Meta, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube) a must
  • Comfortable with audience setup, ad construction, and campaign trafficking under a tight timeline
  • Able to collaborate cross-functionally with both a media AOR and a creative agency
  • EST availability
  • Fully remote

Responsibilities

  • Building and flighting paid campaigns across CTV (Trade Desk — SP500+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video), Display, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, and Meta
  • Setting up audiences using 1P and 3P data, including Home Depot targeting data and BGE's own pixel/CRM audiences
  • Constructing individual ads once creative assets are delivered from the creative agency
  • Working closely with the media AOR throughout launch and into the early maintenance window
  • Serving as the day-to-day, hands-on-keyboard executor against an existing media plan (~$418K in active spend)
