About The Position

This is a client-facing, hands-on role for someone who wants to own the work end-to-end, including strategy, data, client conversations, and results. The Paid Media Account Manager will be responsible for setting strategy, managing budgets, configuring tracking, analyzing performance, and presenting results directly to clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong client communication skills, a natural sense of initiative, and exceptional attention to detail. This is a fully remote position within a fast-paced, award-winning company that is reshaping the future of multifamily operations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Practical, working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking.
  • Strong client communication skills: responsive, professional, and consistent in follow-through.
  • Comfort owning analysis and bringing strategic recommendations to client conversations.
  • A natural sense of initiative: stay current with platform changes and proactively identify next steps.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in both campaign review and written communication.
  • Comfort working within structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teammates who execute alongside you.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multifamily, real estate, or property management marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Editor.
  • A track record of contributing case studies, internal learnings, or process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads for a portfolio of clients.
  • Own account structure, audience targeting, bidding strategy, and budget pacing.
  • Brief Customer Success Associates on client needs, review their campaign builds before launch, and approve the work.
  • Hit CPA and ROAS targets while considering leasing and occupancy goals.
  • Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Validate data accuracy in reports.
  • Analyze performance data weekly to identify trends and recommend strategic changes (budget shifts, audience tests, creative direction, channel mix).
  • Own the client relationship, lead performance reviews, and respond to inquiries.
  • Translate campaign performance into actionable business outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Associates and the broader paid media team to share insights and improve the playbook.
  • Track platform changes, test new features, and document successful strategies.
  • Execute against established paid media standards, document work, and suggest improvements.
  • Work within structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes.
