About The Position

Working alongside the Concierge team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, the Page provides warm, hospitable service to hotel guests. The role involves greeting and assisting guests as they enter and leave the hotel, moving throughout the property to help ensure quality service, and assisting bell staff and front desk staff as needed. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States if hired.

Requirements

• Friendly demeanor and ability to connect with people.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment.
• Ability to lift and carry guest luggage weighing up to 30 pounds, as well as push, pull, and maneuver luggage as needed.
• Knowledge of the Los Angeles/Beverly Hills area and The Peninsula Group as requested.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States if hired.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as they enter and leave the Hotel.
• Move throughout the Hotel as needed to ensure quality service is provided to guests.
• Assist bell staff and front desk staff as needed.
