About The Position
The Peninsula Beverly Hills is seeking a Page to work alongside the Concierge team. The role calls for genuine warmth and a strong sense of hospitality. The Page greets and assists guests, moves throughout the hotel to help ensure quality service, and supports bell and front desk staff as needed. The position offers the opportunity to work for an award-winning luxury hotel group and learn within a diverse, multi-outlet property.
Requirements
- Have a friendly demeanor and a strong ability to connect with people.
- Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment.
- Ability to lift and carry guest luggage weighing up to 30 pounds, and to push, pull, and maneuver luggage as needed.
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles/Beverly Hills area and The Peninsula Group, as requested.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States if hired.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests as they enter and leave the hotel.
- Move throughout the hotel as needed to ensure quality service is provided to guests.
- Assist bell staff and front desk staff as needed.
