About The Position

This role supports and promotes a team atmosphere on the line. The Packout Lead is responsible for monitoring product flow for maximum efficiency and for reporting any and all discrepancies to supervision. This person assists the supervisor in the overall operations of the line, including helping with paperwork at the end of each shift and operating all necessary equipment for proper product flow.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in a lead, trainer, or supervisory capacity
• Experience preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote a team atmosphere on the line.
• Monitor product flow for maximum efficiency.
• Report any and all discrepancies to supervision.
• Assist the supervisor in the overall operations of the line.
• Help the supervisor with paperwork at the end of each shift.
• Help in the operations of all equipment necessary for proper product flow.
