About The Position

This is a full-time position on the 2nd shift, working from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The role is part of the Sioux City Plant and involves working within the plant facility. The expectation is to maintain an attitude of dignity and respect when interacting with other employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent of the two.
• Ability to read, write legibly, and speak English.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents such as safety rules and operating manuals.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
• Ability to operate and read a scale.
• Ability to use hands to grip, grab, and turn in repetitive motions.
• Excellent attendance is required.
• Desire to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Move containers of packaged honey to their cases.
• Load items into their containers.
• Labeling containers appropriately.
• Keep the area clean and organized so the line continues to run smoothly.
• Pack in a timely fashion so that packaging processes run at the correct line speed.
• Willing to learn a variety of equipment and machines in plant locations.
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
