About The Position
Pack beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos with precision and quality control, ensuring every box is ready to deliver fresh products to the communities that count on them. The role involves constructing and packing boxes manually or with automated machines, performing quality checks, setting up lines during changeovers, and completing housekeeping and sanitation tasks. Hands-on and classroom on-the-job training is provided. The work takes place in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where employees are on the go for most of the day and lift, bend, and move product throughout their shifts.
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
- Stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Construct boxes and pack them manually or with the help of automated machines.
- Perform regular quality checks.
- Set up lines during a changeover process.
- Maintain housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required.
