About The Position
Pack products from beloved brands such as Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos with precision and quality control, ensuring each box is ready to deliver fresh products to the community. The role involves constructing boxes and packing products manually or with automated machines, conducting regular quality checks, setting up lines during changeovers, and completing housekeeping and sanitation tasks. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The work is fast-paced and hands-on, with movement, lifting, bending, and handling product throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
- Stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Construct boxes and pack products manually or with the help of automated machines.
- Perform regular quality checks.
- Set up lines during a changeover process.
- Maintain housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required.
