About The Position

Pack beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos with precision and quality control, ensuring every box is ready to deliver fresh products to the communities that count on them. The role involves constructing boxes and packing products manually or with automated machines, performing quality checks, setting up lines during changeovers, and maintaining housekeeping and sanitation standards.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on workplace where employees are on the go for most of the day and move product throughout their shift. On-the-job training is provided through hands-on and classroom instruction.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and off shift.

Responsibilities

• Construct boxes and pack products manually or with the help of automated machines.
• Perform regular quality checks.
• Set up lines during a changeover process.
• Maintain housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required.
