About The Position

Pack beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos with precision and quality control, ensuring every box is ready to deliver fresh products to the communities that count on them. The role is based in Columbia, Missouri and pays $22.50 per hour.

Employees work an AWS 4x4 alternative schedule: four consecutive workdays followed by four consecutive days off, on a rotating schedule. The schedule repeats, so workdays and days off change each week. The stated shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Employees receive hands-on and classroom on-the-job training. This is a fast-paced, hands-on workplace where employees are on the go for most of the day and lift, bend, and move product throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Work weekends, holidays, and off shifts as required.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Construct boxes and pack products manually or with automated machines.
• Perform regular quality checks.
• Set up lines during a changeover process.
• Maintain housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required.
