About The Position

The Packer supports the Production team at TreeHouse Foods’ Hanover location and helps improve plant performance. The role involves packing pretzel bags into boxes, taping boxes, and sending them through the case labeler, as well as stacking and keeping the work area clean. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and may perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time, permanent position on Crew A’s rotating 12-hour shift. Week 1 is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Week 2 is Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The hourly rate is $20.79, including shift differential.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience following instructions and process documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
