About The Position

The Packer supports the Production team at TreeHouse Foods’ Hanover location by performing packaging work and supporting initiatives to improve plant performance. The role involves packing pretzel bags into boxes, taping and labeling cases, stacking, and keeping the work area clean. The position is described as full-time and permanent, with a rotating overnight schedule. The posting gives an hourly rate of $22.04, including shift differential.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience following instructions and process documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take pretzel bags from the packing table and place them inside boxes.
• Tape boxes and send them through the case labeler.
• Stack product.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
