About The Position

The Packer supports the Production team at TreeHouse Foods’ Hanover location by performing packaging tasks and supporting initiatives to improve plant performance. The role involves taking pretzel bags from the packing table, placing them in boxes, taping boxes, sending them through the case labeler, stacking, and cleaning the work area. Other duties may be assigned. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds.

This is a full-time, permanent position. The posting describes a rotating overnight schedule operating from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.: Week 1 is Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday; Week 2 is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. The hourly rate is $22.04, including shift differential.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience following instructions and process documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience is a plus.
