About The Position

Isola is hiring a Laminate Packer for its Chandler, Arizona facility. The role packages and labels laminate panels according to customer requirements and moves finished goods in a timely manner for shipment to customers. The position cross-trains on level A-B positions, which may include Material Handling and Roll Pulling.

The schedule is 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, Wednesday through Friday, plus every other Saturday. Overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work, is required. The skill level is B. Compensation is $22 per hour, plus a $3.25-per-hour shift differential.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background report.
• Able to stand for up to 12 hours per shift, with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping.
• Able to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Prior machine operating experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems is a plus.
