About The Position

As a Packaging Technician, you will operate packaging equipment and help ensure products are packaged safely, accurately, and in accordance with quality standards. You will perform quality checks, maintain a clean work environment, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues to keep production running smoothly. As you develop your skills and complete training requirements, you may advance through technician levels. The Proficiency Program may offer pay raises every 4–6 months.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read and understand SOPs and cGMPs in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable work ethic and team-first mindset.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor packaging equipment.
• Perform quality checks and identify product defects.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Follow all SOP and cGMP requirements.
• Keep the workspace, equipment, and materials clean and sanitary.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Pack, label, stack, and prepare finished products.
• Use pallet jacks, hand tools, and power tools.
• Report safety, quality, or operational concerns promptly.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
