About The Position

Sun Print Solutions is hiring a Packaging Specialist to support the finishing and shipment of printed materials. This hands-on entry point into the printing industry works alongside press operators and the packaging team, helping ensure each order is accurate, high quality, and shipped on time. No printing experience is required. The role is in an active indoor production environment and follows a Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and pride in doing the job correctly.
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collect printed materials from packaging equipment and handle them carefully.
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy, and sort it according to job and client specifications.
• Stack, wrap, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and finished products and help track inventory.
• Identify and promptly flag quality issues.
• Work with press operators and the packaging team to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
