About The Position

As a Packaging Plant Reliability Mechanic, you’ll keep automated equipment in peak condition through systematic preventive care, sharp diagnostics, and well-executed repairs. You’ll document your work thoroughly, follow technical standards, and contribute to safe, efficient operations. Your shift begins with a review of open work orders and recent downtime notes. You walk the line, listening for anomalies, checking fluid levels, and verifying sensor calibrations. A machine flags a performance dip—your diagnostic tools confirm the issue, you isolate the cause, source the needed parts, and complete a targeted repair. Before clocking out, you update records, flag a future adjustment, and verify that shop tools are ready for the next colleague.
