About The Position

Atkore is seeking a Packaging Operator based in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this role properly stacks finished pipe and checks it for quality. The position is listed for a day shift from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM, with a stated pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The operator assists with quality control, packages finished pipe in proper crate quantities, weighs and transports finished product, processes regrind, and performs other assigned duties. Within three months, the employee is expected to complete required training, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and become familiar with Atkore’s Business System and the role’s importance to daily operations. Requirements

Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization.
Be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands, and able to deal with frequent changes.
Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Lift 50 pounds unassisted.
