Packaging Operator - 1st Shift - Line 205
About The Position
McKee Foods is seeking a Packaging Operator for its Collegedale, Tennessee manufacturing team. The role operates and maintains packaging machinery to support efficient production of McKee Foods products. The operator sets up machines, monitors packaging processes, and troubleshoots issues to help ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards. Work takes place in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency. The position is based at Plant 2A, Line 205, at 10260 McKee Road, Collegedale, TN 37315. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with other days and hours as needed. Pay is $21.87–$23.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Steel-toed, slip-resistant safety shoes are required.
