Packaging Machine Operator (PMO 3) Yuma, AZ - Seasonal
About The Position
The Packaging Machine Operator operates and sets up packaging equipment, including baggers, bag-making systems, and scales. The role involves programming and completing machine logic, preparing equipment for specific SKUs, configuring codes and printers, and producing work with minimal rework and bag-seal problems. The operator also completes daily reports and may be required to travel to Yuma or Salinas based on business needs and individual performance. This position is seasonal and based in a production facility in Yuma, Arizona. Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Requirements
- Six months to 1.5 years of experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Punctuality.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prolonged standing.
- May occasionally be required to lift up to 50–80 pounds.
- Hand dexterity and strength.
