About The Position

The Packaging Associate I performs routine, manual packaging tasks with attention to detail to help deliver high-quality products. The role works onsite on the second shift, Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with required overtime.

The associate maintains gowning requirements and follows procedures that support a controlled environment and product integrity. Responsibilities include Content to Box (CTB) and labeling for Gamma and Gas Plasma products, visual inspections, and adherence to quality, safety, and continuous-improvement standards.

Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Manufacturing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain gowning requirements, such as wearing hair nets, beard covers, and gloves.
• Follow procedures to maintain a controlled environment and protect product integrity.
• Perform Content to Box (CTB) and labeling for Gamma and Gas Plasma products.
• Maintain 6S, Quality, and Safety standards.
• Participate in continuous-improvement activities, including identifying problems, collecting data, and suggesting improvements.
• Conduct visual inspections.
• Follow policies and procedures related to Managing Daily Improvement (MDI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
