About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to package products in compliance with Acoufelt's regulations. The role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate hand tools and pallet jacks in a warehouse environment. The Packaging Associate helps ensure products are packaged efficiently and meet quality standards. The shift is Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Starting compensation is $18 plus a 12.5% shift premium.

• Proficiency in using hand tools and operating pallet jacks safely.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Fabricate packaging materials as needed to meet production requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency within the warehouse.
• Utilize logic controllers for monitoring packaging processes when necessary.
