About The Position

The Packaging Associate I performs routine, manual packaging tasks with a high level of attention to detail to help deliver high-quality products. The role is onsite and works the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; overtime is required.

The associate follows gowning and controlled-environment procedures to maintain product integrity, packages and labels Gamma and Gas Plasma products, and upholds 6S, quality, and safety standards. The role also includes visual inspections and participation in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Manufacturing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate gowning requirements, such as hair nets, beard covers, and gloves.
• Follow procedures that ensure a controlled environment and product integrity.
• Perform Content to Box (CTB) and labeling for Gamma and Gas Plasma products.
• Maintain 6S, Quality, and Safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, including identifying problems, collecting data, and suggesting improvements.
• Conduct visual inspections and comply with policies and procedures related to Managing Daily Improvement (MDI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
