About The Position

The Packaging Operator (Assembler) performs mechanical assembly and final inspection in the housing and cover manufacturing areas. The role uses machines, microscopes, and hand tools to complete operations and helps ensure assemblies are accurate, meet quality standards, and are completed on schedule to support customers. The position requires access to technology, materials, software, or hardware controlled by U.S. export laws. Candidates must be a U.S. person as defined by those laws, or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license. The stated hourly pay range is $22.05–$27.60; offers may consider the position’s responsibilities, a candidate’s experience, education, training, skills, and market and business considerations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to use small hand tools, such as tweezers, and a microscope.
Basic computer skills for documenting defects and time charging.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Ability to work in a team environment and participate in problem solving when process and quality issues arise.
Must be a U.S. person under U.S. export laws, or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license.
