About The Position

Air Squared Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an Assembler Level 1 to support manufacturing by assembling mechanical components, testing assembled products, and performing other activities related to assembly and testing of oil-free scroll compressors. This entry-level position introduces employees to the fundamentals of building oil-free scroll compressors. The role is based in Thornton, Colorado, and works under supervision, both individually and as part of a team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The second shift runs Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Pay is $21–$25 per hour based on qualifications and experience, plus $1 per hour for second shift. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
Basic understanding of mechanical components.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work on your feet for a full 8–10-hour shift every day.
