About The Position

The Package Project Lead 1 will support enterprise application package projects focused on Anaplan and EPM solutions. The role involves developing project timelines, coordinating technical teams and client stakeholders, supporting development, integration, and customization, and monitoring deliverables against quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations. The position also contributes to risk management, collaborative stakeholder relationships, anticipation of challenges, and balancing project economics with strategic priorities. The role is part of Infosys’s Oracle unit, which provides Oracle services and cloud application solutions to support business growth and digital transformation. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys states that it cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role now or in the future.

Requirements

Experience in design, modeling, architecture, and implementation of any EPM products.
Experience in Anaplan.
Certified Anaplanner, with an earlier Intermediate Model Building Certification or the new Level 2 Model Builder Certification (SA/Master Anaplanners).
Hands-on experience implementing Anaplan solutions.
Experience with enterprise functions.
Ability to configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings, with a focus on Anaplan best practices.
Knowledge of Anaplan integration with external tools, including setting up Model-to-Model integrations.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; alternatively, three years of progressive specialty experience may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CA, CPA, or MBA.
Ability to address Anaplan performance and sizing issues, including knowledge of sizing best practices.
Experience working with Anaplan Data Hub.
Ability to understand user requirements in SPM, FP&A, and Finance and convert them into design specifications and solution architectures.
Ability to serve as a techno-functional Anaplan consultant and manage various program phases.
Strong communication, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to independently lead customer discussions and act as a trusted advisor.
Experience working in an onshore-offshore team environment.
Ability to understand and translate a client’s business, information, and process needs into an EPM solution.
Experience authoring and publishing artifacts and managing artifact lifecycle.
Knowledge of Sprint and Agile implementation methodologies.
Ability to develop and lead a team of consultants.
Experience with full software lifecycle methodology and the ability to execute and track Anaplan project delivery.

Responsibilities
