About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Package Handler at its Logan Township Hub in Logan Township, New Jersey. The role supports holiday package operations by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, keeping the workspace organized, and helping shipments reach their destinations safely and on time. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position pays $21.00 per hour and is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law. The scheduled shift is Friday through Sunday, 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or until the end of sort; hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The season runs from November 13, 2026, through December 31, 2026. A $1,000 end-of-season bonus is offered subject to location, assignment, and other eligibility and payment terms. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Work scheduled shifts and overtime when business needs require.
