Seasonal Package Handler - Logan Township Hub - BH TWI
About The Position
The Seasonal Package Handler works at OnTrac’s Logan Township hub to help process packages during the holiday rush. The role involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, keeping the workspace organized, and helping packages reach their destinations safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. This is a temporary seasonal assignment running from November 13, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
- Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
- Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
- No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
- Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
- Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
