Seasonal Package Handler - South Brunswick Hub - BH TWI
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Package Handler at its South Brunswick Hub in Dayton, New Jersey. This temporary seasonal role supports the holiday package rush by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, helping ensure they reach their next destination safely and on time. The role offers $19.50 pay, weekly pay, flexible shift options, and a $1,000 end-of-season bonus, subject to applicable eligibility terms. The season runs from 11/13/2026 to 12/31/2026. The scheduled shift is Friday through Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. or until the sort is complete; hours may vary based on business needs. End of Sort includes completion of required sorting and cleanup activities as directed by site management. Overtime may be required when business needs require it and is paid in accordance with applicable law. No previous warehouse experience is required, and training is provided. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed. The work involves handling packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently and team lifting packages up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, repetitive physical activity, and working in warehouse temperatures that may vary.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
- Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
- Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
- No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.
Responsibilities
