Seasonal Package Handler - Logan Township Hub - FH Days
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Package Handler at its Logan Township Hub in Logan Township, New Jersey. The role supports the holiday rush by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages and helping ensure they reach their next destination safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or until the sort is complete, including required cleanup as directed by site management. Hours may vary based on business needs. The season runs from November 9, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Pay is $20.00, with overtime pay consistent with applicable law, and the position offers a $1,000 end-of-season bonus subject to eligibility and other terms. Seasonal employees may be considered for permanent openings after the assignment, depending on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
- Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
- Be able to repeatedly lift packages and perform standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and other repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
Responsibilities
- Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
- Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
- Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
- Complete required sort work and cleanup as directed by site management.
