About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler to help keep packages moving during the holiday season. This active, hands-on warehouse role involves working alongside a team to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The position is seasonal and part-time, with weekly pay and a peak-season incentive. The listed pay is $19.50 per hour plus a $2.50 peak-season incentive, and overtime pay is provided in accordance with applicable law. The season runs from November 2, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Shifts are available Monday–Friday, Thursday–Sunday, or Saturday–Wednesday, with a 3:45 AM start and a typical duration of approximately 5–6 hours. End times may vary with package volume and business needs. Employees must be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed, and must be able to work overtime when business needs require. The warehouse may have limited temperature control, so work may take place in hot or cold environments.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
