About The Position

The Seasonal Package Handler helps manage the holiday rush by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages in a warehouse. The role involves physical work throughout scheduled shifts, including handling packages independently and participating in team lifts. Team members keep their workspace organized and help ensure packages reach their destinations safely and on time. Training is provided; previous warehouse experience is not required.

This is a temporary seasonal position running from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed. The position is based at 1260 London-Groveport Road, Lockbourne, Ohio 43137. Pay is $18.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Overtime pay is provided consistent with applicable law. Hours may vary based on business needs, and shifts may continue until the sort and directed cleanup activities are complete.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Complete sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
