About The Position

The PACE Apprenticeship program offers a short-term, full-time, real camp ministry experience. Apprentices will be equipped both personally and professionally in character-based servant leadership. Each apprentice will grow in personal character, understanding of camp ministry, and skills specific to camp ministry while helping to further the mission of Grace Adventures Ministries. The program aims for each apprentice to leave with a better understanding of themselves and be fully employable in ministry. This program is an accredited masters-level educational program through Anchor Christian University. Participants have the option to pay tuition to receive a Master's Degree in Christian Leadership by completing the program.

Requirements

Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Come with a solution-minded attitude
Have excellent workmanship
Are able to communicate well with others
Love working with youth, adults, and families.
Are able to stand for long periods
Feel called into ministry or camping ministry
Are at least 21 years old
Have a valid Drivers License

Responsibilities

Prepare for and participate in monthly book discussions
Prepare for and participate in bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with your assigned mentor/supervisor
Read and reflect on all assigned books
Complete all educational program assignments in a timely manner
Live in community
Maintain and model a vital personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Fulfill the overall ministry and mission of Grace Adventures and/or Paradise Ranch by implementing programs as they are assigned.
Build and lead a culture of creativity, safety and positivity within the seasonal team while running programs and programmed activities.
Plan and lead assigned activities
Attend meetings as assigned
Host and interact with groups and guests as outlined by the 5 Star Service model
